I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After a long journey, I arrived to find out they had no room available for me, even though I had specifically called the owner from Italy to confirm my reservation. I was assured 100% that a room would be available, and I even received a confirmation email. Yet upon arrival late at night in India, there was no room for me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re looking for a place where you can trust your reservation to be secure, this is absolutely the wrong choice.
