“Not flexible on cancellation”
There was a mistake with the booking. We called on the day to say we are coming a little later, they said ok. Then called again to say we’re on our way. We tried to do this twice and on both times the person answering the phone just said we have no booking for you and hang up the phone after saying that. Very rude! Finally got through to someone who was actually listening before hanging up on us who told us that there was a mistake in the booking and that she’ll try and arrange a place for us with her parents (??) which didn’t sound right. We asked for a cancellation and a refund instead and that was refused. And so, in the evening, driving in the middle of nowhere, with two tired and upset children in the back, we called frantically to try and find another hotel for us at the very busy time of Passover holidays!! We managed to find a fantastic hotel, super accommodating and friendly in Jerusalem (primavera hotel- highly recommended!!), got there in the middle of the night though due to all of this, no dinner due to having to drive for hours and a very stressful time for us!! The place may be ok, we don’t know! We paid for something we didn’t experience! Surely a one night stay could have been refunded.

“Wonderful for a short family stay in the area”
The backyard was incredible and exactly what the kids needed. Nice location to be in the desert and close to synagogues. Easy check in and everything was ready when we arrived.
