“downgrade, discussions, disappointment and stress during our stay”
We booked for 2 nights. Without any information we did get a downgrade to a smaller apartment with less beds. When we complained they told us that the apartment we booked was occupied and that we could switch to our apartment the next day at 14:00. The following day they wanted to give us an additional single room apartment instead of moving us to our initially booked apartment. We insisted on switching into the unit we actually booked but that one wasn't cleaned yet so we had to wait for a couple of hours to move apartments. We did also tell them that we don't want to pay the full amount for the 1st night since it was a smaller and cheaper apartment than we paid for. They only wanted to give us a refund if we cancel the reservation so that they don't have to pay commission. We had to deal with discussions, disappointment and stress during our stay which was very time consuming. I would not recommend coming here.
