Great location and comfortable rooms. The overall stay was smooth and enjoyable. We arranged our transport through passenger dot tours — professional private transfer from the airport straight to the hotel, highly recommend them for anyone visiting Aqaba or anywhere in Jordan.

For a resort I expect more. Hotel need a renovation that is definitely ( if they do that it will be very nice because it is a lot of potential there ) Chalet is ok but not very clean ( hair everywhere, bathroom dirty ). I don't know whay is the kitchen inside because there is nothing of equipment inside...not even a spoon for coffee, no water, no tea ...wi-fi very very bad. Staff is professional and polite.

The hotel offers three swimming pools and a private beach, giving plenty of options for both relaxation and fun. Room service was quick and responsive, which really added to the overall experience. Our reservation included breakfast at the Rum Restaurant, and we were pleased with the variety and quality of the options available. Drinks were also conveniently available near the pool at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back

The location is great and it’s very family-friendly. The food was delicious, with restaurant prices that are surprisingly affordable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and well maintained, with lifeguards everywhere making sure guests are safe. We also booked a glass boat tour through the hotel, which was a wonderful experience—our kids loved it! Breakfast was excellent, and parking is free and easy to find.
