We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Al Raha Village. The apartment was extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. It provided everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The view was lovely, and the atmosphere was calm and perfect for families. The location is excellent and close to services and facilities. The village itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully prepared to ensure maximum comfort. Mohammed was very professional, polite, and welcoming. He was responsive and helpful at all times, making sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. His honesty and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stand out. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay again.

Sleeps two comfortably only not more It was clean enough and has a washer though tricky to get working Location is good Swimming pools are there but I didn’t use I assume you can use these without issues Close to beach and zayed mosque though you do need car of course

the place was super clean and the furniture looked brand new & staff were extremely friendly. kitchen had everything we needed and we used it to cook our meals. The property owner was very kind and checked in with us during arrival and departure to make sure we were happy with everything.

It is located in an exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained residential complex that features several swimming pools and a gym. the host was extremely friendly and assisted us in renting a car to visit Wadi Rum. the residential complex has many staff members, all of whom treated us with kindness and respect with their main goal being to ensure our satisfaction.

The room itself and location were very good. We liked Al Raha village and fact that it is an gated community. We also like that it is close to Berenice beach club (by car).

Nice bed and the big swimming pool was great. We arrived in the morning and Ali helped us out immediately with an early checkin so we could enjoy the day at the pool.

“No service at the property”

The property supposed to provide free transportation from the airport. Upon my arrival to the airport the taxi driver with my name on the paper demanded to pay him JOD 20. I told him that it is supposed to be paid by the property, he became very angry and said either I will pay him JOD 17 or will not get transportation. I called the property (thanks God I had a local SIM card), the person told me he will talk to the taxi driver. They argued and argued on the phone something about JOD 15 or 17 and then taxi driver teared apart the paper with my name and threw it away and told me he does not know me and don't want me to drive. I was shocked. Meantime, taxi are very limited at the airport and all are acting like mafia with fixed prices: either take it or not. Then I called the property again and they told me to wait they will pick me up. So after 20 min the driver or the person who handles the property arrived on his personal car with his family members inside and drove me to the property. Very unprofessional handling. So description of the "free shuttle" on the Booking.com is not accurate and includes hustling and bustling at the airport. Property itself located in isolated area, no supermarkets, no room service, no any help in calling taxi. Need to walk to the property gate about 800 m to the main road and if lucky to get taxi. Otherwise it is 3 km walk to the city center where the live exists.

Comfortable bed, very quiet area with a nice pool

Amenities in this gated community are good (three pools that the kids enjoyed), 5 minute drive to Aqaba town and 10-15 minutes drive to the beaches. The terrace was also nice. The manager was nice enough to bring a rack to dry our clothes as we could not figure out how the drying machine works.
