It’s old and quirky. Both our hosts Janick and Jean Claud were both friendly and welcoming. Janick was also very obliging and kindly stored my picnic in his fridge. Thank you 🙏🏼. The staircase was very interesting, if fact the whole building is. I liked Charlie the cat who is very independent. Our hotel meal was tasty and interesting. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Yannick is the perfect host. Our room was quiet, comfortable and well equipped despite being quite compact. The breakfast was excellent in the Continental style, but the evening meal was absolutely superb, multiple courses, each a masterpiece, wine included and served with aplomb. Our only regret we only stayed one night. The building was obviously quite old, but well modernised.

We highly recommended Puits, d'athie. We were very impressed with Mr Yannick and his colleague. Excellence hospitality. Very clean and friendly. We like the place very much. It's peaceful,we slept well.Every room has a wonderful decor and a historic. breakfast was fresh, and a bio product local made,we enjoyed it a lot. We got delicious dinner prepared by our hosts. Very warm welcome, charming room and decor of the whole residence was delightful. We had an evening meal which was really delicious accompanied by some lovely wine. Breakfast was beautifully presented and Yannick looked after us very well. He was most helpful with recommendations for our following day. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope we will be back on our next trip to France

“Memorable stay in an authentic setting with fantastic hosts”

It was a fantastic stay at this former monastery. Our hosts were very helpful and we felt really relaxed on our travels to Spain. The building and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful and our room was very nice and cosy. We also had a fantastic evening meal outside on the patio in the garden with 2 other guests. It was like an exclusive dining experience in your own mini chateau! Great cooking and company :-) Thank you Yannick and Jean Claude for the memorable stay!
