“I really enjoyed Alecs Hotel ... Stay again? YES”

The staff are amazing and did their best to support us. Always welcoming even when we didnt use the code given to enter after 10pm. The bed is so comfy, towels were fluffy, pillows clean and comfy. Breakfast in the morning. A Clean Pool. Parking for smaller cars. Close to what we needed, diary and food.

The convenience of location to Apia meant we didn't need a rental unless we traveled to the outer villages. It was still cheaper getting a taxi to outer villages than getting a rental car for the day. Alecs is well located to many restaurants in the vicinity as well as the hospital. Giordano's pizzeria across from Alecs can be very dangerous for the waistline. Our room was clean, air conditioned & serviced twice during our stay. Staff requested to service our room twice a week, which we declined as it was easy to clean up after ourselves. The rooms are generously sized for 2 people with their own private bathroom. Appropriate for the purpose of our trip. Also convenient is the GP & clinical services available in the hotel. These include services such as radiology & laboratory for blood tests. Complimentary breakfast was available that ranged from cereals, toast/French toast, fresh tropical fruit, koko alaisa, sua fa'i, koko Samoa, & beverage bar. Laundry services are also available & done for you at very reasonable prices. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, helpful & from what we saw, hardworking. Thank you, Rosie & Folo 😊.

The property was nice, spacious, and comfortable. I especially liked the flooring, the clean white beds and linen, and the overall presentation of the room. It was well equipped with useful amenities including a fridge for frozen goods, a teapot, and a microwave. The bathroom and toilet were also good, and the reception/front entrance area suited the location well

I liked the size of the room, the location, the facilities in the room, the cleanliness of the room, the price was good so it was value for money, the aircon was good, size of the beds were good, the beds were comfortable although a bit too light on the pillows. They shouldn't market the couch as a bed because it wasn't.

Everything
