“Once was quite enough.”
No real milk... only powdered. No butter / margarine. Only coffee in sachets. Really poor breakfast, but dinner was FAR worse !

“Disappointing for the price I paid.”
They claim the breakfast is buffet. However the min you request more food the staff give you attitude as if you shouldn’t be asking for more!

It was an enjoyable experience. The staff and management behaved well. The only issues we had was the rooms are not soundproof. My room was close to the reception and the noise comes through so much. The voices from the back or restaurant or staircase was so loud, you hear other guest calling out their friend. With that exception, it was a good place which I will go back to next time.

Excellent customer service. All the staffs were both extremely polite and very helpful. The rooms look aesthetically beautiful as described in the pictures and it is very comfortable. Yes! I will be back.

“Good facility overall but still requires some improvement.”
The location was great, the facilities were good. Fridge works. Food from their restaurant was good and served 24hours which was fantastic.
