The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and everyone of them did their job with sincerity and made the guests, specifically myself, feel very welcomed and important. I saw them treat other guests in the same manner.

We liked the sympathy of the staff and the cafe area in the ground floor is very pleasant

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay here . The staff,room,bed and the breakfast was all great.the location is perfect just a 5 min walk away from the beach. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Aonang.

The hotel was very good and worth the money. It was clean, with comfortable beds. The view towards the beach was beautiful. The staff was okay. They also have an elevator and a fairly generous breakfast.

“Terrible customer service. Reconsider and find a different hotel”

Previously we have stayed for weeks at this hotel as we loved our room and the location. At the time most of the staff were lovely. This time we were put in a tiny Deluxe Room which was a tiny noisy room in the back of the hotel with banging all night long and no internet when I asked why we couldn’t be changed to the Superior Room (cheaper, larger room, where we normally stay) they told us we didn’t book for that room. Kept insisting it would be quieter. The room was so small we could barely open the bathroom door to get in to use either facilities. Staff were so rude. What was once a lovely experience at this hotel has been ruined. Meanwhile we have been learning Thai whilst living here and could hear the staff speaking negatively about us the whole time. Disgustingly rude.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness really made my trip special. And the cafe downstairs? Amazing! I loved that breakfast was included, and the option to choose from a menu the night before was a great touch. The food was delicious and such a treat to wake up to. Plus, having access to that huge hotel pool just down the road was the cherry on top. I can't recommend this place enough!
