Open, spacious, plenty of rooms all with their own bathrooms, the owner Sat was lovely and hospitable and quick with replies. She even organised scooters to be brought and picked up when we left! If you need anything during your stay or are looking for activities just ask she was awesome!

The villa itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed for comfort — perfect for families or groups wanting to relax in privacy and style. The standout feature? The fantastic 10-metre pool. Sparkling clean, a perfect temperature, and surrounded by tropical greenery — it became the heart of our stay. Morning swims, lazy afternoons with a drink in hand, and starlit dips to end the day... it doesn’t get better. But what truly elevated the experience was Sar, one of the owners. She is nothing short of exceptional — warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay perfect. From arranging transport to recommending local gems, Sar couldn’t do enough for us. It felt less like renting a property and more like being looked after by a friend. If you're heading to Ao Nang and want a luxury home-away-from-home with privacy, space, and a pool that’s hard to leave — book this place. And when you meet Sar, you’ll understand why everyone raves about her. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent stay, they even sorted out 4 motorbikes for our group that arrived at check-in and were picked up when we left. Friendly and hospitable hosts with excellent facilities. Highly recommended *****

Amazing Hosts & Perfect Villa for a Relaxing Stay Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, they were always available if we needed anything. They gave us great recommendations for transportation, making our trip even more enjoyable. The villa itself was fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfect for a group, as each couple had their own private room. The pool was amazing If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this villa!

“Outstanding private modern villa with beautiful pool and great hosts”

Wow! Absolutely outstanding private and modern villa with a beautiful large clean pool. We stayed for 19 nights and host/owner Sar was very friendly and welcoming, was always contactable and quick to respond if we needed anything, and offered great suggestions for local activities and dining options. She even arranged and negotiated our island tour options (including transfers) through local contacts, and those island trips were the highlights of our stay in Krabi (when we weren’t indulging/relaxing in the luxury of the villa!). 4 big bedrooms each with their own ensuite and great indoor and outdoor lounge/dining spaces. Air conditioning and smart TVs in every room. The location of the villa was quiet and secluded, which we wanted (and enjoyed). We’d never driven in Thailand before but we hired a car and had no difficulties driving in Krabi. Parking in the main street of Ao Nang was sometimes a challenge but we always found a spot eventually. If you don’t hire a car or scooters, download and use the Grab app to get into town (we never had to wait more than 5 mins for a car to arrive) or check with Sar for local driver options/recommendations. Easy to get tuk tuks in Ao Nang central back to the villa also. Just show the drivers the map location. We only checked out today and we are already thinking about when we can return. The villa is so big and spacious. It was so clean and very well decorated. The villa also had so many amenities such as a bbq, a pool table, coffee machine. The swimming pool is also very big and the outside area has sun loungers.

The villas were very good for us we are 6 members of the family and 4 bedrooms. The pool was very good 10 meters long and 1.6 deep. The room was clean check-in and check-out was very smooth. Bed comfortable Room clean The kitchen has everything you need. The area was very quiet, and we don’t have any problems because we have a car.
