“Excellent with thoughtful staff”
It's the small details that make this hotel high class. We booked a tour and through the hotel, which was excellent. They came asked us for feed back for the tour too. It was my sisters birthday and they were able to put flowers and a cake in her room as a surprise. Very thoughtful hotel.

Convenient and comfortable . Great views. Amazing breakfast , this place is super easy for tourists. The hotel is designed so it looks nice . The pool rooftop is great too. It was also not too busy . The food was also very good and beautifully presented . The staff were helpful and friendly . The spa experience was excellent. The app and communication with reception was seamless.

The hotel location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the rooftop pool was really الجميلة. The food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, and everything was very clean. Honestly, everything about the stay was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there

Loved staying here. Beautiful pool area with plenty of shade. Location is close to everything. Great drinks from the bars and enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant at the front. Genuinely friendly and so helpful. Reception, porters, travel desk, bar staff, pool attendants, restaurant staff and drivers were all amazing. Good deals offered by resort for outside activities that we enjoyed. We will be going back.

Panan Krabi is a great hotel located in a best location in Ao Nang close to everything, the swimming pool is very nice the staff so nice and friendly and helpful, the bed so comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time.
