“I don’t write very long/negative reviews, but this hotel deserved one.”
The pool at the top of the hotel was amazing. Very pretty views and gorgeous pool. Loads of sun beds as well so you can always have a spot up there. Bar staff at the pool were also lovely. However drinks were so expensive. But still delicious. The location was the main highlight of our stay. 5 min walk to main restaurants/beach/ferry dock to Railay/shopping spots. The only good thing about the hotel to be honest.

Great location, close to 7-eleven and a short walk to the beachfront. They have a golf cart which will take you to your room and you can request a ride down to reception anytime by calling and asking.

“Overall, it was a nice trip to Ao Nang and within vicinity to all the services around it.”
The room was spacious and clean. We had the buggy service which would take us up to the room at any time required, even late at night. Perfect location , less than 5-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach. This is our second trip to Ao Nang and we chose Tipa both times. Will surely book this resort again if we come in the future.

Horrible experience. Our honeymoon was completely ruined by a severe bedbug infestation at this hotel! We woke up covered in painful, fluid-filled blisters all over our bodies. We even found live bedbugs and fresh blood stains on the bedsheets before checking out. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable – it was dirty and neglected. The hotel staff was also extremely slow and unhelpful when we needed assistance. Now we have to face the immense stress and unexpected costs of decontaminating and washing all of our luggage and clothes. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health and safety.

Absolutely amazing! The view is stunning, the swimming pool is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m 100% sure I’ll be back!
