Nice and modern, comfortable as a family of 3. Good pool, nice location a bit away from the busiest spot but still a short walking distance from the beach, nice breakfast.

“Good overall - but don’t hurt yourself”
It was a typical resort. Nothing spectacular. Staff were friendly and willing to help. No expectations for tips at all which was a positive in a tourist resort and area.

This hotel is beautifully well kept. Very modern and our room was faultless. The staff are amazing the housekeeping team so thorough (noticed we drank more water than before so gave us more bottles). A kind upgrade also - we had building 6 which I would recommend as further away from street level. Lovely pool and loungers which had the sun all morning and most of afternoon and a welcome bit of shade in the afternoon. A perfect base location to walk Ao Nang beach and shops. Loads of restaurants and places to visit.

Everything. The location was right on the street, so in an ideal location. I loved the room I was in, I was in a building at the back of the hotel away from the noise of the street. I was nervous about staying in a hotel located within a busy tourist area, but thankful for the peace.

I had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt respected and well taken care of. The reception team was very helpful, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and comfortable. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the facilities are excellent. I truly appreciate the effort of the team — they deserve recognition. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return again
