Love the location. out of the way, in and amongst a local community but also close to other villa resorts and 10mins drive to the beach, Staff were great. Very attentive and available when needed. they use Whatsapp for comms, which was quite useful.

Staff were exceptional. Even helped us deal with a flight cancellation and helped us call airline with language barrier. Shuttle buggy really good service and dealing with staff via WhatsApp was 10/10 - very quick to respond to requests.

Scarcely staffed. Kitchen closes at 4 pm so there’s nothing available for dinner… maintenance of property is poor. Over priced!

Everything, staff, the quite Villa location with private pool was just what we wanted. The De Malee free shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach/Nightlife convenient and very reliable. Would recommend to others.

Relatively clean rooms and a few staff members are quite helpful (e.g., I was provided with the room ahead of normal check-in time).

We received a very warm welcome from Satang when we arrived. The villa was absolutely stunning, spotless clean and very peaceful. Satang, Look nam and Eib were very kind and helpful, and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to De Malee

Big, spacious villa, clean and maintained. Smiling and kind staff. There is a shuttle to/from Ao nang beach a few times a day so it was comfortable. The private pool was a real treat and one day we had a floating breakfast which was very nice.. Well recommended.

Was perfect, very clean and beautiful. Stayed in the pool villa for 3 nights. Staff were helpful and made you feel at home. Shuttle was very reliable as well. All in all a great place to stay, would come back and also recommend to others!

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. The pool villa was spectacular, staff super helpful and the hotel even has a driver to drop you off/pick you up at certain times at Ao Nang Beach. Will definitely stay there again and recommend for friends and family.
