Clean and well run staff were exceptional and Naru went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable she is a credit to Centara. Well done Naru youll go far. The beach is literally 30 seconds was from reception. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable.

The tour lady had a terrible attitude. The staff made the decision of changing our room after I went to the reception for the second time extremely angry because they decided to give us a room that had a door with other room (which was never previously notified, to ask if it was okay with us) and kids were screaming, crying and trying to open that door, we just wanted to rest after such a long day an they told us that was the only room available to await for the next day but honestly it was impossible to sleep, so they had to sort it out and clean a room to change us there for the night, I have videos of this

“It was nice. I did enjoy my time.”
The location was great! So it made it easy to go around places. It had an amazing pool side and I enjoyed the breakfast. Good restaurant nearby. It’s a lovely area with lots of resorts nearby and having the beach was a highlight.

“Beautiful location, wonderful staff”
Very comfortable and good sized rooms. Staff all so friendly and helpful. Was able to book a very last minute boat trip through through the concierge service desk.
