We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being in a very central and convenient location. We especially loved our room—it was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

EVERYTHING !!! This place is so peaceful. The area is huge and full of nature. It’s impressive the calm and kindness which surrounds this resort. Staff is extremely nice. Rooms are spacious and confortable. Breakfast is incredibly qualitative and rich of various materials. Lunches and dinners are also very good. The swimming pool place is breathtaking. The spa is great with various treatments. The level of service is amazing and I hope to be back one day in this hotel.

Amazing location! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. The resort is beautiful, with a nice backdrop of the mountains. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool and gym are great. Breakfast was delicous. We had a pond view room, and the room view was amazing! There sre also different types of animals around the resort, such as squirrels, frogs, butterflies, which were always nice to see.

The serenity was incredible living in such a beautiful calm natural environment amongst beautiful trees and flowers, monitor lizards, squirrels, birds and butterflies to name but a few. The gardens and accommodations are spotless and staff all incredibly pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/breakfast area has the most beautiful views. What a way to start the day. Resting in a hammock overlooking the lake is sublime and calming. Very very comfortable bed, great shower with lovely toiletries provided and spacious accommodation with very efficient air conditioning . Whilst alcohol is not served here the smoothies and sodas are delicious and it is permitted to purchase drinks and consume within the hotel establishment.

The pool backdrop was amazing one of the most dramatic weve stayed at. .The Villas were spacious and very clean. The entire grounds ensures relaxation and tranquillity close to the main action of Ao Nang

Everything about our stay at Ban Sainai Resort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and so comfortable. The food was great and we liked the location away from the busy beachfront.

Location was beautiful, and complimentary regular town centre drop off and return made the experience great. Private spa in the room was excellent. Great swimming pool.

Everything was perfect, the staff is friendly and professional. The room was super clean, incredible breakfast as well. The pool is really big with lots of mocktails and of course the view is the just crazy! Thanks a lot for everything!

From the views to the services, this has been a truly exceptional stay. Couldn’t recommend this place any more. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and lovely tea, the hotel staff were available and happy to help at all hours of the night. The rooms were well kept and modern. The resort strikes the balance between quiet and lively throughout the day, it was the perfect resort to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. However, by far the most noteworthy aspect of this resort was the breakfast offering. The traditional “self-serve buffet” alongside made-to-order breakfast is a brilliant idea and works great.
