“Perfect family retreat, with wildlife and nature, calm, peaceful and wonderful staff”

This is the 3rd time we have stayed with Phu Petra - we absolutely LOVE it. We share two rooms with an adjoining door with the children, the balcony over looks the karst, which changes in its beauty from morning to night. The staff are gorgeous, we love them all and feel as though they are our Thai family. The rooms are large, clean, we have the room with the super king and the children have a bed each in their room. Spacious clean bathrooms, large balcony with chairs, beautiful pool and grounds filled with flowers. We saw the langur monkeys this time and the hornbills. It is idyllic, please owners buy the plot of land behind the last row of rooms, otherwise a horrible high-rise might go up there and it will ruin the tranquility and peace of Phu Petra.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were big, clean and well maintained and the view of the mountain from the pool was stunning.

Amazing little place tucked away from the noisy streets. It’s easy to walk into town, and the small shuttle service is really helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the swimming pool is great, surrounded by a lovely garden. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

It was set amongst beautiful cliffs and nature , and not too far from the town. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating .

The view from the pool is amazing! It’s setback from the hustle & bustle of the Main Street, only a 10 min walk away. We did use the free shuttle service whilst here. Very peaceful waking up to the sound of the birds & monkeys calling.

Gorgeous property located a few minutes drive outside of Ao Nang centre. Pool is lovely, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are lovely and aircon is powerful. The bed was slightly hard but still comfortable. Overall a great stay!!
