The apartment is located at the ground floor of a house. Parking is available nearby. The apartment was bigger than expected, with a kitchen, a large living area, 1 bedroom and bathroom, all comfortable and equipped.

The host was very welcoming and showed us the premises and explained everything. We were three travellers staying one night. Nice, spacious apartment with all basic amenities. Mattress was comfortable. Good WiFi, enough street parking for our car. Not far from the centre and train station

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the house is. Every corner sparkled! The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need — from top-quality kitchen equipment to super comfortable beds with high-end mattresses that guarantee a restful night’s sleep. What truly sets this place apart is the care and attention to detail. You can feel the love that has gone into every aspect of the house. The hosts have thought of everything — even the smallest touches are done with such consideration. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. They are warm, kind, and always ready to help while still respecting your privacy. As I said - I am really sorry that I can't rate the place with more than 10!

Everything was perfect. Really nice people with clean and really nice place. Nearby, it's a factory for ice cream and a nice cafeteria. I highly recommend this place. Free parking in front.

The host was so nice that he met us after midnight to hand over the keys after our flight had been delayed. The property is very nice, close to Mantova and Modena and Coop supermarket. There is a free parking lot just outside the house. The entry is almost barrier-free - there are only a couple of steps.
