Set on Anzio's seafront just 150 metres from Anzio Colonia Train Station linking with Rome, Hotel L'Approdo is a stylish building with a hydromassage pool on the sea-view terrace. “A brilliant choice for relaxation!”
Modern, accessible ( except for the swimming pool), good breakfast, sea views available, 20 minutes walk into Anzio and 10 minutes from train station linking Rome in 1 hour. Nearest beach just across the road and plenty more in Anzio and Nettuno. Boutique style and family run hotel.

The room is very good for the rest near sea. Especially the balcony! 3 sunsets! Amazing! The cleaning stuff works extremely good. While we were on the breakfast the room had been cleaned.

The location was fantastic including balcony views of a perfect sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was gorgeous and included a spa. Breakfast was excellent. We were spoilt for choice. The breakfast staff were really lovely and greeted you with a smile and a delicious coffee. Access was easy thanks to the lifts

My husband and I had the most delightful stay at the hotel from July 4-7, 2024, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the wonderful staff, who made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. What truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking city view from our room - a panorama that captured the essence of the city's charm and beauty. Being so close to both the beach and the pool was a real treat. The proximity to the sea allowed us to unwind with tranquil walks along the shore, making our stay even more memorable. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread, which exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The croissants were particularly delightful - fresh, flaky, and simply irresistible! It was a perfect start to our days of adventure. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional assistance we received from the hotel staff. When we encountered difficulty finding bus tickets to Rome, they went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring that we were able to secure our tickets without any hassle. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference for us, and we are immensely grateful for their help. Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and eagerly look forward to returning ourselves in the future. “Perfect for a long weekend”
Warm welcome. Modern design. Sea view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but within easy reach on the train. I stayed here 11 years ago and have been meaning to come back since then! Nino and Angela not only remembered me but were so accommodating and warm in welcoming me back. It’s a perfect spot if you want to combine sun and sand with a city break. It’s just an hour into Rome and only €3.60 on the train. Thanks to both of you.

“Spring in Anzio”
Beautiful views over the Med. Excellent breakfasts. The room was simple but well cared for. It appears to be a family run hotel and their services were excellent.
