“Lovely stay”
We liked the room ours with a private bathroom. And the host was very quick and good at showing the facilities and then we had alot of space and privacy. The breakfast was fantastic also having a shared fridge with room number so things were kept well and separate. The and lounge area and kitchen available. Clean and nice building garden area.

Convenient location. Five minutes to bus and train stops. There is a shopping center nearby. An hour by train to Rome and 10 minutes to the sea.

We had a nice stay, perfect for getting the train into Rome and Anzio. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the host was very helpful and friendly.

Very good value for money. Very friendly and helpful host, who speaks good english. Plenty of parking space on the street (maybe we were lucky though).

Host wants you to be there before 23. No mercy when you arrive later. Although we came 23:08. He let us in after some pressing.

The villa is pretty. The room was exactly as on the photo. Breakfast was good. Kitchen is avaliable in the common area. The villa is close to the train stop.
