We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The first thing that impressed us was the exceptional cleanliness. The rooms, bathrooms, and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Everything was fresh, neat, and organized, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The high standard of hygiene clearly shows the care and attention given to guest comfort. The food was another highlight of our stay. The Sri Lankan cuisine served here was absolutely delicious — freshly prepared, flavorful, and authentic. Every meal was rich in taste and gave us a true experience of traditional Sri Lankan hospitality. The property itself is peaceful and well managed, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a very clean, comfortable place with tasty Sri Lankan food. We would definitely love to visit again!

The stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff is very firendly and are giving excellent service. The srilankan food was delicious. The location couldn't be better close to the ancient city. I will definitely come again to this wonderful and cozy place.

We booked two rooms and both were spotless, neat, and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and kindly provided extra amenities like towels and sockets when we asked 😊

“Worth for money”
Owner very busy. Couldn't find time to talk with guests. However rendered service to some extent to us. Assistant is good. Location is outside but worth for money.

“Nice room and caring host”
Sampath made our stay as comfortable as possible. the villa is really nice with all that you need. He showed us around anuradhapura by car and explained us everything. Would definitely recommend.
