Very welcoming and helpful staff. The location is quiet but only a few minutes walk from the new bus stop and town centre.

Hotel near from lake… staff very helpfull. Good location . Not far from new town Anuradhapura. Many mosquito in bathroom. Hotel not included breakfast… so near hotel have a good restaurant . The name Bro restaurant.

The owners do not provide food but the property is a short walk away from restaurants, a lake walk and the city. We can recommend Bros Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Great service, food and drink choices and reasonably priced. Just a short walk from the property. The accommodation does have a kitchen and a common room where guests can store their own food and the owners will provide you with coffee, tea or milk upon request. The room was squeaky clean and the beds very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Beautiful garden. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We had a lovely walk around the lake in the morning. The people we met while walking were very friendly.

“Great place to stay in Anuradhapura”

Great place to stay to access the Anuradhapura ancient city site. The room was great, large comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The owner actually upgraded my room with out me asking , which was nice. Situated on the edge of the lake, lots of restaurants and coffee shop near by. The owner was helpful and friendly and told me where I could hire a bicycle

“Friendly, comfortable, and welcoming stay!”

Amazing place! Nuwan is the friendliest guy I’ve met, his English is perfect and he’s always in for a good talk. He gave me a lot of good tips, arranged a tuktuk tour for me with a normal price, and told me everything I needed to know. The place is clean with very new ACs. Comfortable stay, right in the middle between two areas for food. It’s close to the weekend market when you need a nice local snack or food! Would recommend and visit another time for sure.

The staff was so kind and friendly. They always helped us, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Modern interior - comfortable, smart and pleasant. Nice seating in the garden, under a beautiful canopy of plants. Very lovely staff, always friendly and helpful - thanks particularly for getting the cricket on the TV in the lounge! Shared access to fridge - great to be able to have a ready supply of cold drinks. Some nice restaurants nearby, close to the main town for shops etc.

The owner was so nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is very nicely located in the new city centre, away from the main street, so very calm and peaceful. Just a minute walk from the lake which was filled with wile life, and the fresh food market. Awesome stay.
