“Family friendly and accessible”

Very accessible, right next to the highway. Suited for families with toys and very friendly staff.

The swimming pool and garden and table tennis were a great hit with the children. Staff were super friendly.

Isn’t really the standard I would expect from a Novotel. Probably should have stayed at the ibis budget next door

“The hotel is in a good area close to where we needed to be, but we were not happy with the service.”

The breakfast wasn't bad, but the bacon was a bit too crispy. I think with low residency the breakfast area would be OK, but with the amount of people that were there it was messy and chaotic. the tables are too close to each other and there are not any personal around for most of the time. We had to wipe clean our own table and clean the chairs as well. Not well cleaned for a while.

Everything. Our daughter injured herself just before our stay with Novotel and the staff were fantastic at accommodating an accessible room as she was using crutches. Beds so comfortable and lovely room. Hotel was lovely

The staff were very friendly and helpful giving out activity bags to the children that they loved.

⭐☆☆☆☆ We had a very disappointing experience at Novotel Antwerpen – Ekeren. We arrived around 9 pm, hoping to rest and take a shower in the morning before continuing our journey. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very welcoming, and the surrounding area did not feel pleasant, especially as we were travelling with our two young daughters. The main issue was that the hairdryer in our room was not working. After reporting it, we were told someone would come to check it, but no one ever arrived. I then approached another staff member, who informed me that there were no spare hairdryers available, as others had already been taken by guests in different rooms. This suggests that multiple rooms were experiencing the same issue. As a result, we had to leave without being able to properly shower, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this was not a good experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall good experience, good value for money, polite helpful staff, complimentary drinks.

Although not in the centre of Antwerp, it is well located close to the Park and Ride (only 1 euro for the full day car park) at the terminal station of tramways and buses.

The sofa bed was broken and not prepared for the children sleep, the staff was not cooperative. Misleading the customers by saying there is a breakfast,

The front personnel is nice and the breakfast was good. Comfort was descent but not the standard we usually get from a Novotel.

Good location for work and easy access to the city center with public transportation. Soundproof. Friendly and welcoming.
