There was an issue where the place smelled slightly like sewage, but I messaged the host and they fixed it that day which I'm extremely happy about. Also sitting in that giant chair looking out the window is heavenly

“More than fine for a night”

This accommodation was very very good. Perfect location and just in general really nice to stay at. We would definitely go there again and can only recommend this one ;-)

“Clean room however was not a safe stay.”
There was an aggressive incident between other guests in the common areas/hallway that made me feel incredibly unsafe, especially as there is only one small spiral staircase to exit and an small elevator.

Great location, with a lot of beautiful restaurants, bars and artisanal bakeries just around the corner. We can recommend Tannin for drinks ;) Also a bike station just in front of the house. 10-15min walk to the shopping center, but still very quiet during night. Beautiful designed interior with big windows. Kitchen had all necessities to cook a quick meal and a nespresso machine for the morning coffee. We loved the AC during hot sommer nights. Overall a very pleasant stay!
