“Amazing hospitality and hotel in the city centre”
Overall it was such an excellent stay. The hotel is situated 5–8 minutes away from the main station and 10–15 minutes from the old city centre, with lots of cafes and shops nearby. The breakfast was great with an excellent selection of cold and hot dishes. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we enjoyed TV in English and German as well as connecting Netflix. The most memorable part was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who made our stay very special as it was my partner's birthday.

“A good solid hotel with everything you need at a good price.”
I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express elsewhere in Belgium, so I knew what to expect. It's a good solid hotel chain that delivers a good room and good facilities, including a small hotel bar. The staff were helpful and pleasant (as a baseline) to extremely nice. The location is good (more or less across the road from the opera house) if you are travelling by train, as I was, but close to main shopping areas but a little further distant from the historic town centre and museums.

We liked that it was close to many stores. It is nicely central between the grote markt and central park. So within walking of many things.

“A great choice for a convenient comfortable city hotel”
Hotel is in a good location, not far from the station, on an easy walking route to the centre and with buses/trams close by for non-walkers. Breakfast offered a good range of choices. The staff were very vigilant about clearing and wiping tables, as well as refilling food. It never became overwhelmingly busy. They reward people for opting out of daily cleaning with a free soft drink from the bar. Great incentive, more hotels should do it.

The location was really good, the breakfast was nice. The room was mostly clean, we both really liked the shower, and the size of the room was great. Other then the few minor mentions below, we honestly had a great stay, would definitely recommend!! Many great facilities.
