“Best for relaxing”
Everything about the ambient and style of the Hotel. After the 2 day vulcano hike it was the perfect place for relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, staff was so kind. And the massage I booked was just wow! It is a very quiet place and it felt like there were only a few other guests. The facilities of the place gave me a Bali vibe and there is a nice place on top of the roof where you can sit and watch the sundown near the volcano. Plus: Hot shower and nice guatemalian breakfast.

“BEAUTIFUL PLACE”
The facilities are beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive, and everything is spotlessly clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. This place is absolutely worth it and truly improved my trip significantly. After a very bad experience elsewhere, staying here made a huge difference and completely changed how I experienced my journey. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This did not feel like a four star hotel. I arrived 30 mins before the 3pm check in and was told I would need to pay £15 for an early check in if I wanted to access my room - this would be understandable for hours earlier, but seemed unnecessary for a short time before. The room was then not clean (hair left over the room and bathroom dirty). For the price, it is not good value for money. However, the massage was great (not included in the stay) and the member of staff running the restaurant was really lovely.

Location is far from the city center. It is an inexpensive hotel and it is set in a very safe location.
