“Great value for money”

It was a great place to stay for a couple of nights, really clean the staff were always cleaning the floors and bathrooms. It is simple but amazing value for money.

Good location near the Iglesia La Merced, super clean, and great value. The beds were comfortable and there was a fan to keep cool.

I booked my transfer to the airport with this hotel. Nobody came for me. I had to book a private transfer and they refused to give me the money back...

It's a nice and simple place. Friendly and a short walk to the city. Private. Shared bathroom are enough.

Stayed in two rooms here both very comfy beds, nice and quiet you’ll have a great rest before and after the hike. The staff are so friendly and lovely. There’s 3 bathrooms which are cleaned all throughout the day, no problem being shared. They store your luggage too. The location is crazy you’re right near everything which made it so nice to pop in and out when needed.

Nice small hotel in a central location. Helpful staff. The shared showers were cleaned often.

They cancelled my reservation despite me messaging them about my flight delays. When I showed up they had given up my room and did nothing to accommodate me elsewhere.

Location: you can go everywhere. Staff was also very friendly. But they don't speak English though.

Room was big as it was meant for 4! Haha. Beds were decent. Room was a bit cold but blankets were provided. Room had a very well functioning fan. Location is about a 5 min walk to the la merced church Square. Shared bathroom had good hot water. No toiletries provided as far as I could see.

“Perfectly fine for a short stay”

Perfectly fine little place. Staff was a little retiring, but friendly. The room was on the small side but perfectly comfortable. I stayed one night right after arriving in Guatemala before switching to a bigger place I had booked earlier. If you are going to be spending most of your time out and about and are looking for a cheap roof over your head you could do a lot worse. Location is fine.

Cute and colourful rooms. Towel and robe provided. I could leave my bag there whilst doing Acatenango.

It is a very quiet and soulful place, beautifully decorated. We had an amazing (and necessary) good night sleep after the Acatenango hike.

Great location, comfy room, quiet at night, very clean and the shared toilets were cleaned very regularly. Perfect for a few nights stay.

We had a nice stay here. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, pillows were decent, location was great. There is some hot water, but only on a lower pressure. Still fine though!

We would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is near the city center, the staff is super nice, the room is cozy and everything was so clean!

The place is old but the services is excellent..bathrooms and all areas super clean. You need to tell the kids when you sant breakfas ahead of time.
