Nice sized room with a kitchenette and toiletries supplied. The night security man Mattias was extremely helpful. We arrived after midnight with two small children and he was very polite, friendly and accommodating. He walked us all the way to our room and even helped to carry a bag since we were carrying a sleeping child. Parking was readily available, gated, and free.

The property was in a nice area - perfectly located as we had a car We just stayed one night and didn’t enjoy all the amenities. The check in was smooth and Clara the receptionist was lovely and made everything easy. Keep up the good work

Hi I recently completed my stay in Comfort Aparthotel Antibes France. I checked in on the 9th Oct.till 13th Morning While booking and paying on booking.com I read the hotel is fully air-conditioned. On checkin in the hotel I noticed the air-conditioner did not work. I went to the reception and questioned them about the air-conditioned they mentioned it is a technical problem and it will be sorted soon. I went to the reception the next day and I asked them about the AC and they mentioned it is not working and I requested a  fan they did not have a fan. On my checkout I complained about the non working air-conditioner in the room The people at the reception misbehaved saying if you are feeling too hot then you should go to Sweden and not come to France. I want to mention they were Racist. They said if you Indians feel hot you should go to Sweden and not come to France. I want to ask booking.Com how is this behavior tolerated? How can the hotel staff behave racist and misbehave? How can the staff tell me which country should I go to? For  the Airconitioning not working in the room rather than being sorry about it ... how can they mis behave and ask us to go to Sweden if we are feeling hot.? I have a video recording of the incident and their behavior.

Parking facilities were good. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5 with comfy beds made up and ready for our evening arrival. Both receptionists were really helpful and friendly and offered the right information for my first attempt at a deliveroo order. The pool area is well laid out and appropriately secure. Breakfast service was well laid out. Checkout was simple
