The gite is charming and in a unique location with an amazing garden and far reaching views across the bay to Antibes and beyond. David is a fantastic host; lots of information about the area. He made us feel very at home and even brought us coffee a couple of mornings on the terrace. This is not your generic modern apartment but has everything you need, and more, for a lovely holiday.

Apartment well organised and very clean. 12 min walk to beach. 20 min walk to old Antibes.Thank you for the tips ( especially the gelato shop & the Lebanese restaurant ) and the chance to try your homemade limoncello David! We really enjoyed our stay here.

A great accomodation with stunning views over the bay from about 80 m above sea level. The walk to Salis Beach took us less than 10 min every day. To the exceptional Garoupe Beach it is 10 min by car. The accomodation is well equipped, clean and provides everything you need. We have had barbecue several times. David is a fantastic host taking care of his guests, offering plenty of information about the places to visit and making the stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much. We definitely come back!

Great location. Beautiful view. Around 10min walk down to the beach and 20min to the old town. The beach is nice and sandy. For 3 people it was ideal. No A/C wasn’t a big issue, we could keep the windows open all night and had no trouble with mosquitos.

Additionally, the property has ample off-street parking, a valuable perk for our large family. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing invaluable recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We felt at home and supported throughout our stay. Our children were particularly delighted with the charming treehouse and swing set on the property, which provided endless hours of entertainment. In summary, this property is an ideal retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. The spectacular views, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality made this escape one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. We loved the wonderful garden and terraces and enjoyed the breathtaking views. Our children enjoyed the treehouse and lush surroundings. Everything is well taken care of. The gîte was well equipped and clean, very charming. The host, David, made us feel welcome and was always at our disposal. Perfect location on the beautiful Cap d’Antibes with beaches and the viewpoint La Garoupe just a short, pleasant stroll away. We had a wonderful time and will be happy to return.

The gite was absolutely fabulous. We loved everything about it, the garden was stunning, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a home from home and David was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was a perfect break.

A cosy provencal apartment surrounded by an exotic painterly garden. Authentic and hospitable atmosphere, and magnificent view over the bay.

The villa provides a quiet place with large and well maintained garden. It is well equipped with even BBQ available. We really enjoyed the sunsets. David was an excellent host providing useful information about surroundings (shops, beaches, boulangerie etc) and having coffee with us. It was a really pleasant experience to just sit and talk :) If you are looking for a secluded place still close to the beach which has stunning views and is secure I can highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful location and outdoor area. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a terrace, watching the sunset surrounded by the amazing plants. Property is on the hill offering great views to the mountains and Côte d’Azur bay. Apartment was spacious and very clean. We felt safe at night and leaving our car in a secured, gated and ample parking space. Helpful and friendly host. Thank you.

The perfect location for all, who are looking for a quiet place within a huge garden and with a phantastic view. Antibes city center is within 20 minutes walk. Also we found remote beaches in close walking distance. David is a great host, we enjoyed talking and drinking coffee with him.

David is an excellent and thoughtful host. Villa is very convenient to heart of Antibes with wonderful views.
