“FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, TRANQUIL, CLEAN, SPOTLESS,”

I was debating whether or not to write a review on this gorgeous find. I really wanted to keep it a secret?! As the star rating predicted. A fabulous place to stay. Absolutely spotless and not looking tired at all. Very well maintained and looked after inside and out. It is exactly like the photos. A grand balcony with an incredible town view. The balcony is very well equipped and clean (lovely wooden table and chairs, 2 loungers, a beanbag, small tables) and Shaded most of the day, which believe me, you want in summer. The sun comes around in the afternoon so plenty of heat and sun at that point with a fantastic sunset you can only dream of. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a clean washing machine. Everything works. An air conditioning which is easy to set to your own preferences. The bed, which is a double bed, with a proper hotel standard mattress. We slept like babies. Honestly, it’s down to personal preferences when it comes to a bed, but it worked for us very well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is super hot and does not run out of hot water. It has a very good spray for washing your hair at the end of the day. Now the downsides. There aren’t any downsides. Lol!!! The owners have really created a home from home. If you have any questions during your stay you simply text them. You have a response in seconds. They really want to make sure you have a sublime stay. The location of the flat is central to both Juan Les Pins and Antibe's old town. 6/700 meters to both fronts. The apartment is part of a very well-maintained complex. All public areas are super clean. The pool in the courtyard is also well-maintained and super clean. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet during the day and very quiet at night. All in all, an absolute Gem. It is all you want on a well-deserved holiday. We strongly recommend this beautiful place.

Fantastic dual aspect balcony that always offered an area of shade from the sun. Great for viewing sunsets. Host was very friendly and went out of their way to help us with queries.

It was perfect for a couple, a little smaller than expected but Loved the large balcony. check in was effortless and quick the host was fab communication was great from start to finish. She had a little welcome booklet which was helpful too. The pool was clean and was a nice area. i would really recommend booking. Supermarket close by too.
