“Full equiped apartment at a nice location”

Very nicely located, close to the beach, restaurants and markets. The room had all the facilities you need. Extra bottle of Champagne and coffeecups are provided. Eric ,the owner is very friendly. Lovely city of Antibes and great walk Cap d'Antibes

A very beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, from a washer-dryer to a dishwasher and oven. Extremely convenient, located just a few dozen meters from the beach. Private parking to avoid the stress of dealing with a car, especially during high season. The owner is incredibly kind, punctual, and absolutely available to meet any needs. Highly recommended: excellent.

“Fantastic apartment and highly recommend!”

This is a beautiful updated studio apartment. The website photos are true to form and there is additional closet space in the entry. There is everything you need, and the bottle of wine and pastries were a really nice touch. We didn't cook in but you can if you want - full sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc. Very well stocked. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. Lots of storage space if you're there for a while! (There are cupboards There is also a nice sized terrace with a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. It's glassed in with a sliding door to keep out bugs and looks out to other apartments. It's not a large bed but it was very comfortable and my husband who is 6'2" had no issues with it. Eric was great, meeting us within a couple minutes, which is a good thing because parking is very difficult if you have a car. There is a spot in the garage if you have one.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and presents even better than the photos and also very quiet ensuring a good sleep on the comfortable bed, it was well located near the beach and shops and Eric was a terrific host who helped us with our luggage and good recommendations and also provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and lovely biscuits . The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with essentials and the AC worked well. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great and convenient. Met by Eric to find a great up market apartment in a nice building. Good size bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Kindly left us welcoming gifts and a generous voucher. Well thought out colour scheme and stylish decor. Great to have air-con.

This apartment is within a quality residence and a lovely studio to stay in having been put together by a person who has paid attention to detail and obviously knows the demographic they are catering for! We appreciate good living standards “a cut above” and personalised service so this ticked our boxes on arrival. It is in an excellent location, with shops, restaurants, park, beach with cafes just 50 metres away on the beachfront, so easy to bask in the sun while enjoying an espresso or ice cream at your pace. We had quite a lot of unusually rainy days during February, so happy the apartment felt spacious. Breakfast is catered for from the fresh bakery downstairs which had the best pain au Chocolat in town in our opinion 😋 It made exercise on the beach an important daily routine to manage the patisserie intake !! Modern well fitted and appointed with lovely shower room and fully equipped with a quality heated towel rail with timer settings. The kitchen was fully loaded with a modern dishwasher and large fridge and an oven with conventional settings, steamer and air fryer options too, which was great with our love for cooking! The washing machine worked with the LG app so it was simple to set up once connected and in your own language! It was very quiet even on spin!! All the time we were there our car could be tucked away when not required in a secure underground garage very close by, which Eric took us too when we arrived. We arrived to be greeted personally by Eric and some well received welcoming gifts! We were shown around the apartment thoroughly. After our initial meeting, he was very accommodating with a couple of questions we had during our stay, answering promptly. A pleasure to deal with. There is a certain standard that is kept to in both aesthetics and workability as well as his service that we appreciate and seek out when holidaying, so if we decide to go to the area again, he would be our first port of call for sure, without hesitation.

Everything exceeded my reputation. Very well equipped including brand mew digital TV and bluetooth speaker. Eric was so nice and waited to hand over the key. Nicely located, beaches and top class pastry are just steps away.

“Amazing beachfront property with a super host!”

The property is a beachfront one with super easy access to beach clubs, restaurants and the local supermarket. It is in the prime location of Antibes, so everything is easily accessible within a short walking distance. It comes with free parking as well. The beach is sandy in Antibes as compared to Nice - that’s one thing to consider if you are a beach person. Our host, Éric, was super nice, communicative and helpful. Prior to arriving, he communicated with us on the app for a smooth check-in and we met accordingly. He gave us a local tour whilst showing us around the area and even gave us superb recommendations on the things to do, places to visit and where to shop/not shop. We were welcomed with a basket of free goodies which I think was super nice of Eric - we received a bottle of rose wine, Italian biscuits, bio olive oil and a souvenir tote bag. There were also free refreshments for us in the apartment to use and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances for someone looking to cook. The apartment has been kept to the highest standards and it is super clean. Anyone would love staying there. It is more than just value for money. You also get a host who cares about your experience and who will try to better things for you. Thank you Eric for this wonderful stay! Will definitely book again.
