“A perfect stay at a great place”
The appartement had everything for a perfect stay. We stayed there together with my son for a week and enjoyed the views, you see gorgeous flowers from the terrasse and balcony. The flat is cosy and very well equipped. The connection with the owners was very good, fast and we could even leave later !

“Mixed feelings”
From the begining I would like to mention that we've stayed into Apt. no.2. It's located in a private space with own parking place which is a big plus, very safe and secure, surrounded by a very beautiful garden, which can be enjoyed from own terrace. The check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient and we haven't inferfered with the host. From the garden, there is access to nearby Plage de la Garoupe, which is a very nice feature, especially in the hot summers.

“Fantastic place for a vacation in Great Nice region”
- View: the apartment is located in a closed area, surrounded with trees and flowers. - Location: 5 mins walking to the nearest beach, 5 mins driving to the city center of Antibes. And Antibes is located in the middle of Cannes and Nice, so it's also very convenient to go to these two cities by either train on car. - Parking: free private parking provided - Ease of key collection.

Amazing garden, very beautiful, location very good, in apt you have everything for 4 days even all toiletries, bottle vino and bottle water in fridge, coffee and tea facilities, lovely soft towels, absolutely fantastic place for stay!

“Juan les Pins nice place for rasting”
Nice place. Friendly owner,very nice bus driver from buses number 2,calm,,but near is Build New Hotel it is Little Noisy in the week ,I rekomend this appartament ,IF will be possibly I will come back

Perfect quite place. Beach is really close to the property. Good kitchen. Great view and garden. You may meet parrots and squirrels there.

“Affordable Stay on the Magnificent Cap D’Antibes”
Amazing location a few minutes walk from beaches and restaurants in the magnificent Cap D’Antibes. I felt fortunate to be in one of the world’s loveliest places at an affordable price. Nicely furnished terraces at both front and back of the apartment. All of it located in a lovely garden. Secure entrance and dedicated parking space. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drying rack. Julie was available by messaging and personable in her communications. One of the men who was working when I arrived explained how to go through the side gate to the beach. I would not have figured it out otherwise. The other guy stopped some people walking by to comment to them about my lack of French. I was slightly annoyed, but C’est la vie. The air conditioning was powerful when needed. While there in the in between season one night I switched on the heat a little without difficulty.

“Phenomenal stay in Antibes”
Absolutely loved this property. Everything about it. Location, safety, proximity to the beach, peaceful, quiet, safe and close to the local shop. Absolutely perfect stay for a family, in every possible way. We want to return!
