Great view from the balcony and has parc exflora on your doorstep. Viktor gives a great induction to the flat and facilities and is quick to respond to any issues. Kitchen incudes an oven as well as a hob and microwave - which we found very useful.

The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view. It is clean and comfortable with a kitchen and a washing machine.Parking is free and easy. Our host Viktor is very helpful and welcoming.

“Great location highly recommend! Superb”
The apt is in a fab location. Close to the beach and pool and supermarket. Easy to get to Nice and Antibes. The balcony was perfect with a great view. The apt is spacious, clean and comfortable Viktor the host was great. He gave us a little tour of the area and checked in on us. Highly recommend.

“All in all it was a lovely 3 days stay and Viktor the host was great with everything, always contactable if needed.”
Great views from the balcony, peaceful, close to the beach, parking was a bonus. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and had mostly everything you need. Supermarket, local Bar, McDonald’s and a few other shops all close by. Very convenient location to be based to get out and explore the beautiful Cote D’Azur.
