Spent two nights during the Olympics, everything was flawless. I would really like to appreciate all staff, everyone was immensely helpful and nice.

The staff were amazing - especially Madeleine at the front of the house and Marina in the restaurant. They always tried to do everything in their power to help. The location is beautiful and quiet and the drive through the valley is stunning. We went half board and both the breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food was high quality and very tasty

Lovely, comfortable room. Very warm service from the whole team. Great food and ample breakfast offer. I didn’t use the spa facilities, but they looked very popular.

The employees were really professional, nice and useful. It was convenient to be able to rent snowshoes and polls from the hotel. Dinner was nice, the quality of the food was really good. Very good cuisine. The location is great, 3min with the car or 1 bus stop away from the biathlon center / Nordic center. You can also directly ski there if the trail is open!

Superb isolated position in the Anterselva / Antholz valley close to the lake. Nice atmosphere, mix of modern and traditional with attention to details, very kind and careful personnel. Facilities are at the level of 4-star although a bit small compared to the large and pleasant restaurant. No gym though.

Falkensteiner is one of the best hotels we've visited! Amazing food, super friendly staff, and a spectacular location. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the e-bike tour in the mountains was unforgettable. We'll definitely be back!
