“Wheelchair accessible, let down by shower.”

Fully wheelchair accessible. Shower cubicle not really adapted for wheelchair, I just asked for a chair. Room good size with fridge. Bed comfy. Hotel clean and well kept. Lovely garden.

Very friendly staff! Very good location if you drive around a lot. Just a heads up: breakfast is not buffet style but one can order from a menu of toasted bread with different filling.

Our third time here when visiting Antequera. Staff were excellent and bi lingual. The room was really nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable! The interior of the Hotel where the rooms are is stunning. Again, the restaurant for Dinner served excellent food, and we could not grumble at the price in fairness. Theres also a Cafe / Bar on site. More than ample free parking available as usual. Stress free stay again, thank you!

“Could not stay due to maintenance issues”

The property had significant maintenance issues. We were willing to try another room, but in all three rooms we were offered the balcony doors could not be locked and there was a strong smell of sewage and damp. The rooms also did not match the photos. Regretfully, we had to conclude that we could not stay, and the staff’s response to our concerns felt unprofessional, informing us that management would only address the issues two days after check-out. This was not the experience we expected based on other reviews.

“Just a lovely, safe hotel”

It was just really nice, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfy. I had a loaded car full of personal goods and they told me it would be perfectly safe in the car park, and it was! Food was good, breakfast was great and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would definately stay there again. It isn't a holiday resort with pools or anything, but I chose it because it was right next to the motorway and it looked nice and comfy and it was.

An attractive popular hotel. The food was pretty good, so we used the dining room as so difficult to find anything in the town in October, on a Sunday and after travelling the little streets are become more of a warren. Antequera is a big town.

Everyone was so fruendly and helped with taxis and durections

Beds were a bit unforgiving ,not the most comfortable. Old style boulster pillows pretty uncomfortable too.

The room was clean and lovely! Bed really comfortable. The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and fun! I would recommend this again. It's a few km out of Antequera, just perfect Very inexpensive taxi ride, also very helpful about where to go, eat and see. Can't wait to go back!! Thank you all so much xxx
