I had booked for 8 nights but stayed for 5 nights and since I was paying cash I didn't expect to pay the full amount for the 3 days that I didn't stay there. It could have been fair if they charged a small fee for the inconvenience but not the full amount.

Great staff, close to airport, big rooms, good food.

Highly recommended. Nice, safe, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Close to the airport. They do the best Zebu steak! I had it a few times. Hot water, good Internet. Very nice owners, very helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel a few times when I was travelling around the island. Massive thank you for that, I highly appreciated your help. Thank you. “Perfect stopover before a flight”

This is the perfect spot for a short stopover in the capital, if you want to be nearby airport. We stayed in the apartment on the bottom floor next to the garden and were able to sleep well, the building is well isolated so the room was not to hot. The shower had good water pressure and was warm. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and it was nice that we were given the possibility to wash our clothing and hang up everything to dry in the garden. The hotel did not have a restaurant/cook for dinner while we were staying there, so we ate at the Terrace de Tydouce which was excellent! The hotel organised a very neat airport shuttle for us which we could rely on for our flight in the middle of the night.

We're pretty loyal to Chez Jeanne—they're good people, and the location is ideal if you're passing through on the way to/from the airport. Really lovely grounds, too, with a kids' jungle gym and garden patio area down below (I like having space for yoga/workouts, so this was perfect), and a nice shaded patio closer to the main building with wifi to get work done.

Everyone treats you in such a nice way, you immediately feel comfortable. They are happy to assist you with transport or any other request you have. Very well mannered and respectful people. I will definitely choose this place again in the future.
