“Truly lovely hosts - one of the best places we've stayed in”

We had an amazing stay at Le Mas Sérénité. The owners Lara and Moudi were one of the warmest and friendliest hosts we've encountered in our travels. We had a charming apartment within a villa and had all the amenities we needed. The room was large, very clean and air conditioned. We had beautiful natural surroundings with plenty of space for walks, relaxation and privacy. The owners were so kind and generous - they provided us with fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit and delicious cherry tomatoes from their farm. The pool was very relaxing, well maintained and didn't use any unnecessary chemicals. My wife and I wished we could have stayed for longer as it was the perfect serene location for exploring the area. They also had friendly pets :)

The property is set in an exquisite, peaceful location of many beautiful acres including a vineyard. Our accommodation consisted of a lovely bedroom with antique furniture with an ensuite bathroom. A well equipped kitchen made self-catering easy. There is a private, spacious verandah to enjoy sitting out on. The pool on the property is wonderful & a great relief on hot days. Easy onsite parking. The trip into the gorgeous little village of Ansouis is only a few minutes away. Many beautiful tiny villages & their lovely markets & cultural events & delicious bakeries - just like in Ansouis - are only a short distance away. Best of all was our truly wonderful hostess Lara who was so kind, hospitable & charming. Surely this place is the jewel of Provence!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Le Mas Sérénité with our young son, and it truly was one of the most peaceful and memorable getaways we’ve had. - The tranquility: The name Sérénité couldn’t be more fitting — the peaceful atmosphere was like a balm for the soul. - The warm hospitality: Lara and Moudi were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. - The beautiful property: Thoughtfully decorated, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature — a perfect place to slow down. - Family-friendly environment: Our son was happy and comfortable, and that made the experience even more special for us.

We had the most wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay at Le Mas Sérénité. It is the best place to calm down and unwind! Everything was perfect: the hosts were so kind — they even gave us fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables from their garden, the kitchen was well-equipped, A/C in the bedroom worked well, the view from the terrace was stunning (we stayed in Suite Tournesol), the pool was a dream, and the whole property was just beautiful! We can’t wait to be back soon!

“Outstanding Property”

This is a truly outstanding property with a stunning location. Set in over 20 hectares, you are free to wander the estate with many seating areas. The one overlooking Ansuis is particularly beautiful. There was a welcome package with a fruit platter and everything you need for breakfast. The decor and furnishings are tasteful and high-quality, even down to the hotel standard, professionally laundered, towels and bedding. The air quality is amazing with the aroma of wild rosemary, thyme, and oregano from the meadow. The kitchen and lounge area are oriented so you get the benefit of the sunrise and are then sheltered from the sun during the heat of the day, making it cool enough for cooking and perfect for relaxing. It also has a sun terrace if you do want to soak up the sunshine. The swimming pool is large and well maintained set in a partly tree shaded area. There are many villages and places of interest to visit only a short drive away as well as a large supermarket. We had a perfect vacation here. Thank you, Lara and Moudi. You are the perfect hosts.

The mas has a unique location, beautiful views and it's very quiet. The only sounds you hear is the wind in the trees and the cicades. The pool is absolutely perfect, filled with springwater and 23 metres long. Last but not least the owners are most kind. If you are looking for a place to really unwind the mas is your place.

Very nice accomodation in a beautiful surrounding with lovely Hosts Lara and Moudi. We spent relaxed holidays in the wonderful quite nature with nice trips in the villages of the Provence. We are looking foreward to coming back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Ultimate relaxation. Lara was extremely welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home right away. While she was always available if we needed assistance we also felt like we had the place to ourselves. It's a short drive to the local village Ansouis for a bakery which we went to pick up breakfast and enjoy back at the property. Lourmarin is only 10/15 min drive which has plenty choice for restaurants and has a lovely atmosphere. The whole region is stunning and we couldn't have asked for a better base to explore from. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxation with beautiful surroundings and magnificent views.

The property is situated in a amazing setting with zen like qualities, the peace and quiet of the countryside gives a lovely atmosphere of calmness and wellbeing. the property is a rustic traditional farmhouse which is well maintained and provides all you will need for your stay. There are endless amounts of grounds to enjoy and lots of private seating areas to admire the views and wildlife. The pool is huge and very well supplied with sun Ed’s and hammocks. The hosts are amazing and cater for all your needs, kind and friendly, amazing homemade cakes and good outside kitchen. There is so much more i could write!

There were seven wonderful days in paradise with warm hosts. Thank you Moudi and Lara for your hospitality and the best efforts to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We are already dreaming to came back !

The place was great. The scenery and location were excellent, but the best part was the hosts who went the extra mile to make our stay really enjoyable and assisted us whenever possible.

“A beautiful gem amongst breathtaking scenery”

From the moment we drove through the gates of the huge estate we couldn’t believe our luck. Nestled in the south of the Luberon, it’s surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. We drove up to the house and were warmly welcomed by Moudi and Lara - they showed us around the brilliantly equipped kitchen, gorgeous rooms and a serene pool with the historic village of Ansouis visible in the distance. The whole place has a peaceful, rejuvenating energy - just looking out over the tree covered hills as you eat breakfast on the veranda is enough to add years to your life. What makes Mas Sérénité even more special is Lara and Moudi - their warmth and kindness radiates. We’re just grateful they share their amazing home and that we stumbled across it. We will definitely be back.
