The location of the property is excellent; you can walk to the beach in a few steps. Markets, exhange office and restaurants are right next door.

Tasty breakfasts, it has a terrace for having a meal. There's one parking place for a small size car near the hotel or big parking side a little further. There is an inexpensive restaurant opposite the hotel.

“Great place, location”
Great location as it’s important not to drive at night so the nearby restaurants are very useful. helpful host. Breakfast is nice with exotic fruits, eggs etc. and you eat it in a balcony with a sea view. Sunrise from Cot D’Or is beautiful - hence very useful to be walking distance from the place.

“Lovely guesthouse. We liked everything!”
We loved it! Top top top! On the sea side, the view amazing! Comfortable, spacious and very clean room. Staff so friendly. Best location! You have everything you need juste at the place. Good take away restaurant juste next from the gate. I really recommend this hotel. If I will come back to Seychelles I will stay there again. So simple to say: we loved it!

The owner of the guesthouse was so nice & helpful. I would like also to send greetings to really nice lady’s who were serving breakfast & cleaning rooms!! Breakfasts were delicious with amazing fruits smoothie! Guesthouse is in the small street with a few shops & a few take-away restaurants so everything it’s close - also bus stop. View from the hotel is amazing, just few steps into the ocean!

The biggest advantage of this place is definitely the location — right next to a beautiful beach. Guests can also use sun loungers on the beach, which was a nice bonus. We had a balcony with a lovely sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, although a bit small. Breakfast was rather basic, but still acceptable. There were kettles and coffee available in the hallway (2 kettles for 4 rooms), which was convenient enough. Overall, I think the price was too high for what was actually offered.

“Nice stay in praslin”
Easy parking round the corner. Room was clean. Access to beach just across :) Each towels are given on request and towels are changed daily which is good.

My stay at Rosemary’s Guest House was absolutely beautiful. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the beach that instantly make you feel calm and at ease. The room was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything I needed to truly relax and unwind. It was the perfect base for enjoying Praslin Island, quiet, restorative, and surrounded by natural beauty. I felt so at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and relaxing stay.

I spent three wonderful days in this place. The property is very well maintained (very clean) and located directly on the beach. The beach is wide and clean, with good conditions for swimming, although there is no reef. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Peaceful and quiet surroundings.

Amazing place, few steps from the beach and next to all the restaurants and supermarket. The room is so clean and comfortable and has everything you need, the views from the balcony are stunning and I liked to relax on the balcony with a cup of tea in the evenings and listen to the sound of waves. The host Ebert is very welcoming and friendly and will assist you with everything and make you feel at home. The best place to stay in Cote D’or 😊
