With my wife we had a great vacation in Anse Marsel. Milena and Florian were very helpful with the short videos they added to the messages. The place is very safe, quiet and right on the beach. Providing beach towels was very thoughtful. The place is very clean, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We hope to be back!!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in Saint Martin. The apartment is very well furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which made it easy to feel at home during my stay. The residential complex is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and it’s located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a huge plus. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. The directions to reach the property were very clear and supported by helpful videos, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The apartment does not include beach equipment, but this was not an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saint Martin.

Just go! Perfect for us. Very clean apartments well looked after. Right next to Anse Marcel bay,a gate leads straight onto a glorious beach with one of the best restaurants on the island only steps away Apartment has everything you need. Comfy bed,great shower,functional kitchen with a washer that helps lessen packing. Lovely balcony lots of room sat out every night. Plus an owner who is good to deal with and responds very quickly. Loved it,all of it 😊🏝️

Everything was so clear. Instructions were backed up with little video clios, genuis especially having not been to the location before .The host was very responsive.
