Overview
This restored 19th century mansion features deluxe furnishings and elegant décor. Located in central Zagori, Primoula is in a serene setting, ideal for relaxing on the terrace or by the fireplace. Each individually decorated room is classically styled and include modern bathrooms and DVD/TVs. Most rooms have a private fireplace. A breakfast with fresh products is served downstairs in the dining room. Evenings, Primoula’s lounge serves fine wines, appetizers and homemade desserts. Lunch and dinner with local dishes can also be prepared upon request. The property also offers an exterior sauna and a wooden hot tub at the terrace, available upon charge, where guests can relax. Primoula is in the center of Ano Pedina village, 35 km from Ioannina and 7 km from Vikos Gorge.

“Magical and luxurious”
This is the second time I've stayed in Primoula since 2019. What a magical place. Even more so now that Panos is in charge. What am amazing host! First of all, I have dreamed of staying in this room. My friend and I had just hiked Mount Tymfi and what a treat it was to stay at Primoula in this fabulous suite. The bathtub and reading nook feels like you're in a fairytale. Hot water all the time. Bed was SO comfortable! We booked extra time in the spa and truly felt like Sultanas. I love this place! Breakfast was incredible. FRESH foods and all homemade (even the phyllo dough!) and sourced from locals. Thank you, Panos! Hope to return soon.

“I will not choose it for the next stay in the region.”
There is no bad location in Zagori. The view is very nice. The parking lot is next to the facility.

“Authentic, stylish stone house”
Authentic, stylish stone house. Nice interior and furniture. Peaceful outdoor terraces. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Private parking place.

“Wonderful stay in the large rooms.”
Breakfast is great. The 2 floors family rooms are beautiful, clean, and large. The view is amazing. Houses are built with old stones, very special. The hotel's staff is very friendly.

“An exceptional stay - we will definitely come back!”
Great stay from start to finish! Stelios and Panagyotis not only display Greek hospitality with their warm smiles, but also live it every day. We started our holiday relatively spontaneously and unprepared and had not really booked a programme. Stelios was happy to take care of this for us and planned our whole holiday perfectly - we had great fun and saw a lot! Panagyotis treated us to delicious food, cleaned our room in exemplary fashion (!) and gave us a wonderful spa day. The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains and is very quiet. The resort is decorated with an eye for detail and is a perfect place to relax.

“Charming place in a lovely village”
