The photos of the fitness studio are misleading. The gym is not located in the room shown in the pictures, but in a small, windowless room, and is overall very modest. Points were not credited to my ALL loyalty membership for this stay, as the booking was made through Booking.com. This is not appropriate. The rooms are rather small.

Not a 4stat Novotel standard at all. Close to a train station if travelling by rail but nothing much else in the vicinity.

The images posted on booking.com don’t match the actual hotel. The gym is just a tiny room with three cardio machines. Far from what I expected and booked it for based on the appearance they made in the app. Disappointing!

“Best hotel to stay in Annemasse”
The hotel is located across the street from the central station which makes it very easy for you to take the train and explore the surroundings. The room was quiet, clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options. Wi-fi worked well too.
