I was never contacted until the day we arrived, and it was after we could not gain access to the room/apartment, and we had by then already booked another hotel. Very poor communication. We lost our money. The person who owns or facilitates this room knows the issues regarding check-in. We did not and learned the hard way. There is no one on site to help you! We felt we were scammed.

“Dirty flat”
The initial advertisement changed from whole flat to shared flat with private bedroom. Dirty flat with hair in the bathroom, not functioning toilet, not cleaned sink in the kitchen, very old uncomfortable mattress and not soundproof windows. The area is very noisy and without any possible free parking. I highly recommend NOT to book !
