Beautiful location. Quiet. Lovely old building. Very well located for shops , river , lake train station and Christmas market. Master room bed comfortable with nice big windows.

“Excellent location”
The location of this property is second to none. We are a family of 5 and rented the two level 1 apartments. They were well equiped with a kitchenette, coffee machine etc. Room was clean. We loved Annecy and would stay here again.

“Fab studio apartment in the centre of the beautiful town of Annecy.”
This studio apartment is in a fantastic position, right in the heart of Annecy old town. The view from the balcony is stunning. The studio is comfortable and clean. This is our second stay at this accommodation and will definitely be back next year.

The location and view from the balcony were perfect. The bed was so comfortable and we love the decor. We wondered whether it would be noisy at night with it being a central location but it absolutely wasn’t! We had the best, undisturbed sleep!

The location is great. Close to everything. Right in the heart of the old town. The apartment has big windows that you can open to enjoy the sounds of people walking around and enjoying the sights.

Dolce Apartment
All of the apartments have a living room with satellite TV and a kitchenette. Extras in this apartment include a private balcony with panoramic views of the canal.
Lodge Apartment (2 Adults + 2 Children)
All of the apartments have a living room with satellite TV and a kitchenette. Extras in this apartment include views of the canal. The Lodge Apartment can only accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old, or 12 years old maximum only if they are small. Adults will sleep in the large bed in the lower part of the apartment. Children will sleep in the small mezzanine located on the upper floor of the apartment. The height of the mezzanine ceiling is very low, and designed to accommodate children but not adults. The mezzanine has a 140 bed. Access via a mini staircase is secure but does not have a door.
