Excellent location. Great having access to outdoor space on the private balcony with comfortable loungers available to use. Having a lift was also a bonus. Very comfortable bed. Owner gave us good recommendations of places to eat and drink.

“Perfect location in the heart of Annecy great place to stay”
That flat is very well situated with elevator, very quiet, big balcony. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom well equiped with cupboards and chest of drawers. Bathroom is fine. Living room and kitchen are ok

the location is very good. Having a car park is very worth doing. It is difficult to pack and unpack as you can only stay for a little while out on the high street
