The location was alright, it's walking distance to Annecy's old town, and walking distance to the train station (about 17min).

The room was very cozy, with a large balcony and a spacious, clean bathroom. The bed linens and towels were clean. The kitchenette had a kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and two electric burners. The location was relatively close to the train station and the historic center.

Nice cheap hotel. 10-15 minutes walking to centre. In room is everything what you need even stuff for cooking. Also possibility order breakfast. Near by is shop.

Good size apartment for the price worth booking if you’re just using it as a base and spending the day out like we did if you’re someone who likes to spend a lot of time at a hotel then this probably isn’t the best but we can’t complain for the price we paid it was worth it and only 15 min walk into the heart of Annecy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property suited all our needs and having parking right there was great for us.

Cute apartment on 2 levels. 2 bathrooms and a nice view from upstairs! Easy walk into the old town. Helpful check in staff. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Excellent value!

The property is good value for money. It allows you to have more flexibility in having a hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a Burger King very close, a pizza place and a small convenience store and a Carrefour City about 10-15 mins walk away. Old Town is about 20 mins walk if you don’t mind walking.

The plus side is that it was quiet in the sense that we couldn't hear our neighbours or maybe it was because we had no neighbours. It was spacious enough and clean. And there were blackout shutters, which I appreciate. It was also only a 15 minute walk away from the centre, so the location was okay as well.

Liked that we had a tiny kitchen with a fridge. Nice views. It's a short bus journey from the centre and a short walk from there. Was clean enough except grout in bath/shower. Was quiet at night.
