Good location, parking garage and air conditioning during a few very hot days. The property is in a new(ish) block of flats with good insulation between the outside and the adjacent neighbours. Great communication with the concierge.

Good location for getting around. Comfortable apartment with good facilities and view of the lake.

The location was nice, being a very short walk from town, allowing us to walk off just a little if the gelatos! The place was clean and as shown in photos. The apartment was very quiet which was nice.

Modern apartment but right on the edge of Annecy old town with great view of the lake. Ideal for short 100m stroll into the most beautiful old town called the Venice of France. the surrounding mountains are very Alpine with stunning views. great stay for a week.

Big comfy bed. View of the lake/ mountain from balcony. Aircon. Modern. Nice shower. Lots of facilities. So close to the old town by foot and the Marquisats Beach.

Only a short walk to the old town and all its restaurants plus places to rent bikes, catch boat rides etc. Apartment was well set out and bigger than expected. Quiet with the windows closed. There was a problem with the plumbing at first but the owner quickly came around to fix it and we had no further problems.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you’d need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.
