Excellent apartment, lovely furnished with everything we needed and location is fantastic - short walk to the city center and wonderful views of the lake. Very quiet place,new complex of apartments! Host was super nice and provided all the info that we needed and we appreciated a lot!

This place offers a great location for a family or small group, it's a 15 minute walk into the old town. The views from parts of the property are spectacualr (note construction work still ongoing which detracts from this). It's a comfortable arrangement with 2 rooms and a sofa bed to pull out if required. The air conditioning was very useful in the high temperatures and the WiFi was stable and fast enough to work on. There is a TV and fully fitted kitchen. The garage is very large (long enough for 2 cars probably and comfortably took our LandCruiser). A nice place to get your bread and pastries next to the Pelican Hotel. Easy access to the lake and public beach areas and of course the cycle path.

“Perfect stay in Annecy”
Lovely spacious unit, well equipped kitchen, very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again. Short walk to the old town and Christmas market, location is great. Secure parking for our car was a bonus. Highly recommended accommodation in Annecy.
