Everything. But if pushed I’d have to say the location which was phenomenal - the living room window sat over the wall of the old town. Incredible views and everything on our doorstep. The place was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and luxury linen, considering its location it was quiet and we all slept well. Showers were powerful and kitchen well equipped. We also made use of the washing machine after active days in the mountains/canyoning. Car parking was much more simple than I imagined - St Claire car parking is a 4 min walk away and we bought a 5 day pass for 45 euros.

Beautifully renovated, stylish apartment, right in the centre of the old town, walkable to great restaurants and the lake. Beds very comfortable, showers fantastic, good kitchen facilities.

Timely and friendly communications. Maxine is very helpful making it a very easy checkin. He found us, showed us around the place, and gave us suggestions for restaurants and activities. The location is perfect in Old Town everything is a short walk away!! The apartment is very clean! Would definitely book again!!

Great location, within 1/2 mile to 2 underground stations and lots of cafes / pubs in the area. Close to Hyde Park and Regent’s Park so great for those who like to exercise!

One day i get back to my room and i was so so tired after having a cery long day out and i was shocked by having my bed full of water and pillows too … I was a rain outside but the thing is and the question is .. why such a hotel like this and you pay this amount of money to relax and chill .. why they put you in such situation like this… it means while any rainy day people should not sleep because of course their bed would be full of water!!!!!

VERY convenient location, close to several underground lines and walking distance to Oxford street. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. A big THANK YOU to the manager who accommodated our wish for a particular type of room on our arrival date (Sat, March 11, around 10 am). Thanks to him our stay ended up being marvelous. We hope to be back soon.

5 min walk from Oxford street and Hyde Park. Very nice and safe area. Room was typical of London, tiny. However the room was very quiet while street-facing. Bed was very big. Bathroom was modern. Hotel provided complementary umbrellas. This proved crucial in the heavy rains.
