Such a comfortable and homely stay! Everything well thought out. Loved the sauna. Fantastic location made better still by having the balcony. Loved everything about it!

Location! Centre of Annecy not far to anything. Great restaurants, bars, historical sites and lake all very close. Property well equipped with a great view and balcony.

This lovely apartment is perfectly placed in the heart of town. Step outside and you’re instantly swept up in the vibrant buzz of the old town, surrounded by excellent restaurants and irresistible gelaterias at every turn. Yet the moment you step back inside, peace returns — upstairs, the apartment is calm and welcoming. The balcony was a joy, with wonderful views over the canal, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our children absolutely loved the double bunk beds, which felt like their own little dens. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the washing machine was a huge bonus for a family stay. We loved exploring the markets and swimming in the lake — both highlights of our trip along with going paragliding over the lake.

The location was fabulous. Right in the centre of the old town so great for the lake too. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the bus and train station. The little balcony was a big hit where we could sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

The location of the property was as expected and desirable for the centre of Old Town Annecy. The main bed was comfortable.

“Perfect long weekend stay in Annecy”

A perfect stay. The location is amazing...right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants, cafes and even markets right on your doorstep. We went for a weekend and on Saturday and Sunday we stepped out to a huge range of market stalls. It was brilliant. Also some very good patisseries within minutes to grab a takeaway away breakfast or lunch. As a family of three, it was perfect and after a busy day, we loved the lounge area where we could settle and watch films whilst eating the gelato (numerous little gelato places just a few doors away!). It really was the perfect stay for a long weekend in France. Easy walking distance to the Flixbus stop if you want to get the bus back to Geneva, which is right by main station too so no need for a car.

The location is perfect! The view amazing and having a balcony to sit and soak it all in was just icing on the cake. The kids loved also the bunk beds.
