Nice and cosy stay, however lot of dust everywhere

It is a lovely french apartment. Close to the city and train station. We walked to the lake, the old town and train station. The unit is well appointed and had all we needed. Particularly liked the bed. A proper double with good pillows.

The flat had everythjng you might need and it was pet friendly . Ut was close to traun station and restaurants

The best (and only?) thing about the apartment is that you can park the car outside of the building.

“Beautiful stay in Annecy”

Easy access to the railway station and able to walk to the Old Town area and lake. Clean facilities. We were met at the property by the host, who was amazingly strong and carried our heavy bags upstairs. The accomodation was very clean and attractive, and there was a separate bedroom and living room. Great facilities for self catering.

Cleanliness

Walking distance from this beautiful city. Marianne is a very friendly and professional host. The apartment is big and really comfortable. Parking is easy near the property.

What I appreciated was that I managed to find accommodation during the very challenging period of the Annecy Animation Festival — and it was relatively within my budget. The bedroom was fine: recently refreshed, clean, and with fresh bedding. The bathroom was a bit squeezed in, but still functional and overall okay.

Marlène's communication and flexibility to arrange a late check in was fantastic.

The space, the parking, reasonably close to the centre (20 minute walk) and a bath was nice.

Private off street parking for our motorbikes. Pleasant comfortable room. We hadn't advised our arrival time but the manager came out quickly to enable early access. Useful laundry at the residence. Annecy is a nice place and well worth a visit.

The apartment is super nice and comfortable and the living room is quite spacious. Great coffee machine as well! It's in a quiet area of town and only a 15 minute walk to the city center.

1. The owner was friendly. 2. The kitchen and dining space were spacious. 3. The heater worked promptly. 4. The small bath amenities were helpful.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious for 2 adults. Easy walking distance to shops and Tourist attractions. Host met us on arrival, very friendly and helpful. Also has access to Garage facilities for Bicycles and Motorcycles!!! Easy to get around walking or driving. Warm and comfortable for a winter visit.
